Prash is our Male Physio. He specializes in sports, gym, musculo-skeletal & post-operative injuries. With a background in Personal Training, he enjoys helping people return to moving to their best ability pain free. Prash has excellent assessment, manual therapy & dry needling skills. He complements this with effective exercise prescription, where he works with his clients individual needs to achieve their goals.
